About the Role:
Are you passionate about designing elegant, user-focused solutions for complex, data-rich platforms? We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end UX/UI efforts on secure, customer-facing tools in a Controlled Sensitive Information (CSI) environment.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Own the full design lifecycle—from research to prototypes to high-fidelity designs
🔹 Create intuitive user experiences around data visualization and interaction
🔹 Drive product strategy, execution, and continuous iteration
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA)
🔹 Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence
You Bring:
✅ Proven experience leading UX for complex, data-driven applications
✅ Strong command of Figma, prototyping tools, and user-centered design principles
✅ Clear communication, creative problem-solving, and CSI-environment awareness
✅ Bonus: Familiarity with SmartSheets, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
