Job Title: HR Generalist (Hybrid)
Location: Cornelius, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Hybrid)
About the Role:
Join my client’s team as a HR Generalist in beautiful Cornelius, NC. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office and remote work, and the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the company’s HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the President of the company to develop and implement HR processes and best practices
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
- Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience creating or improving HR processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
