We are seeking a proactive and positive HR Coordinator for a healthy and growing company with at least 2 years of experience to support a broad range of human resources functions. This individual will play a key role in daily HR operations and must bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits and 401(k) plans
- Process payroll using Paylocity
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters and employee documentation
- Assist with annual benefits renewals
- Coordinate HR-related tasks related to company acquisitions, such as integrating new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date
- Contribute to a team-focused environment and foster a positive employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity
- Strong working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
- Experience with Paylocity is a plus
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Up to $70,000, depending on experience
Discretionary annual bonus

Paid time off: 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time (3 weeks total)
