We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our glass team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their project management career who’s ready to grow with a leading construction firm. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing commercial glass projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and safety standards
- Collaborate with field leaders, subcontractors, and clients to resolve scope, sequencing, and material issues
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, and pricing for change orders and work orders
- Support estimating and procurement efforts, including vendor and subcontractor buyouts
- Maintain project documentation and participate in jobsite visits to support field teams and ensure quality and safety
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction; storefronts, curtainwalls, and/or unitized systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with estimating and project management tools such as QuickBid, OST, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
