Position: Junior Project Manager (Supply Chain)
Location: Fully remote – must be willing to work PST hours
Duration: 24 month contract (2 year contract) with opportunity for extension or FTE conversion
Pay rate: $30-32.85/hr

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting
• Adaptable and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to navigate rapid change
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Working hours must be in PST
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
• Proficient Excel experience
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred
• 1+ year experience working in a Project Management role
• Experience working with ticketing software, ServiceNow preferred
• Previous work from home experience
• MS Teams and/or Zoom chat/meeting experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Manage supplies information across multiple databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Meet with clients to identify and resolve supply-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Research non-reporting devices to identify issues; update records accordingly, including generating work orders for technicians to investigate and resolve device issues
• Data comparison using multiple spreadsheets
• Update and maintain supplies projects used in customer presentations and strategic meetings
• Analyze and compare data from multiple spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HP and Kaiser management, and senior executives to align efforts and support strategic business goals
• Lead customer-facing meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the customer regarding supplies issues
• Ability to work independently by applying critical thinking skills
