🔸 Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate
UX/UI Designer to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
user-centered design, be skilled in conducting
user research, and demonstrate proficiency in creating
wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research to uncover user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Translate insights into actionable design solutions aligned with product and business goals.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to illustrate user interactions and design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Iterate on design deliverables based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
- Advocate for a user-first approach across the entire design process.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
🔸 Required Qualifications - Minimum 7 years of UX/UI design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and impactful project work
- Proficient in industry-standard tools including:
- Figma
- Sketch
- Adobe XD
- Experience using GenAI-enhanced features in design tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams
