One of our staffing partners is helping a Healthcare client hire a Data Scientist to help build intelligent, scalable, and impactful AI-driven applications.
Salary offered $60-70k per year

Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications
- Develop advanced NLP solutions for text generation, summarization, and semantic search
- Optimize transformer-based architectures for performance and scalability
- Leverage prompt engineering and model customization to enhance AI outputs
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models in cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into real-world applications
- Analyze and preprocess massive datasets for AI-driven insights
Requirements:
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, PaLM, or similar)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries
- Knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with fine-tuning and optimizing foundation models
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate AI research into practical solutions
- Understanding of multimodal AI (text, image, video)
- Experience with AI model deployment and optimization techniques
