As a
Project Manager at Kyra, you’ll be the operational backbone of our creator-led campaigns, ensuring they’re executed seamlessly from start to finish. Sitting within our Strategic Operations team, you’ll own timelines, optimize workflows, and keep every stakeholder aligned as we deliver world-class work for top global brands.
Reporting into the Director of Strategic Operations, you’ll work cross-functionally with Client Solutions, Production, Talent, Tech, and Sales to keep campaigns on-track, platforms maintained, and creative output on brief. You’ll bring clarity, momentum, and process excellence to a fast-paced, high-growth team.

What You’ll Be Doing
📅 Timeline Management & Milestone Tracking
- Build and maintain end-to-end project timelines in Asana
- Ensure all teams are aligned on key milestones, deadlines, and approvals
- Flag delays or blockers and proactively find solutions to keep delivery on track
📂 Project Coordination
- Track campaign deliverables across departments and maintain oversight of dependencies
- Facilitate internal meetings, share project status updates, and manage stakeholder comms
- Coordinate content submissions, paid media briefs, and client feedback loops
🛠 Operational Support
- Assist the Client Services team with creator documentation, approvals, and compliance
- Track project budget and deliverable status alongside the Account Manager
- Organise assets and documentation for reporting and wrap decks
🔁 Quality Assurance & Process Uplift
- Ensure content deliverables meet creative standards and campaign briefs
- Help streamline workflows and identify areas for operational improvement
- Support with building and refining internal playbooks and templates
What You Bring
🧩 Project Management Experience
- 2–4 years of project coordination or delivery experience in an agency or creator/content environment
- Proficiency in Asana, Google Suite, and project tracking tools
💬 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned
- Clear, calm presence in fast-paced situations—able to manage competing priorities with ease
🔍 Detail-Obsessed Mindset
- Excellent at juggling timelines, chasing dependencies, and maintaining up-to-date project status
- A proactive problem-solver with a love for clarity and consistency
📱 Content & Creator Fluency (Bonus)
- Understanding of influencer marketing, beauty, and creator-led content is a plus
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube content formats and campaign workflows
