The ideal candidate will conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis across various client engagements to drive strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes. You will work directly with senior bankers on deal execution, manipulate large datasets, build financial models, and distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights for clients.
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial data to support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments
- Prepare pitch decks, client presentations, and transaction marketing materials
- Build and maintain valuation models (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Work collaboratively with team members across all levels
- Think strategically about client needs and identify potential opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience working in a related field (banking, consulting, PE, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
