Content & Community Manager (Beauty & Wellness)
Location: New York City (Hybrid/Flexible)
Compensation: $58,000/year (depending on experience)

sundays is a wellness-inspired nail care brand offering non-toxic products and mindful studio experiences. Featured in The New York Times, Vogue, and New York Magazine as one of the best nail studios in NYC, we’re reimagining self-care through intentional design, thoughtful rituals, and clean beauty practices.
We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Content & Community Manager to join our growing team. This person will be at the heart of our brand storytelling — creating original content, collaborating with influencers through our Influencer Program, and growing our presence across digital platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more — including short-form video, behind-the-scenes, founder features, product how-to's, and community spotlights
- Manage our content calendar with a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetic, and rhythm
- Collaborate with creators in our Influencer Program to co-create engaging, on-brand content
- Support the Influencer Program by identifying aligned voices, managing outreach, and building long-term relationships
- Co-develop strategies to increase brand visibility, grow our digital audience, and drive traffic to our studios
- Occasionally support photoshoots, in-studio content sessions, or community events
- Help amplify Sundays’ mission — making nail care a weekly wellness ritual, not just a beauty service
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (beauty/wellness industry is a plus)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest — trends, formats, tone
- A natural communicator — both in visual and written storytelling
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple collaborations at once
- Comfortable being on-camera or directing others on-set
- Passionate about self-care, clean beauty, wellness, and creating content that feels good
