Hatch is hiring a Senior Manager of Account Management to lead and scale one of our Account Management / Customer Success teams. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you’ll drive retention, growth, and satisfaction across our mid-market SaaS customers ($20–50K ACV) using Hatch’s AI CSR platform.
We’re looking for a strategic leader with experience managing mid-market SaaS teams, a passion for building scalable processes, and a proven track record in customer retention and expansion. You’ll partner cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey, turn customers into advocates, and directly impact revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and scale AM/CS team
- Own retention, expansion, and churn strategies
- Build scalable customer success processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Manage forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
What You Bring
- 5+ years in AM/CS/Sales, 2+ years managing teams (Start-up experience is a must)
- Experience with mid-market SaaS accounts ($20–50K ACV)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and customer lifecycle expertise
- Tools: HubSpot, Salesloft, and similar platforms
