Overview and Responsibilities:
CBS Studios is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the SVP and VP of Current Programming! In this pivotal role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, handle information requests, and perform a range of administrative tasks. Serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure effective communication and the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General administrative tasks including complex scheduling, screening phone calls, calendar management, processing expenses, and coordinating travel.
- Facilitating communication within the department and with other internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating schedules with other assistants for meetings and calls with co-studios, networks, and producers.
- Taking notes during calls.
- Exercising discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as an executive assistant at a studio, network and/or production company.
- Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Additional Qualifications:
- Studio experience a plus.
- Be efficient and professional, but also have a good rapport with co-workers and production staff over the phone and email.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize is essential.
- Organizational whiz, self-starter and excited about production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
