As part of its continued growth in South Florida, the company is seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale multifamily projects throughout Miami and the surrounding area.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager and Director of Construction, the Assistant Project Manager will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple active development sites. This role offers hands-on exposure to all phases of construction, working closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all phases of project development from pre-construction through closeout
- Help coordinate project schedules, track progress, and support timely delivery
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor invoicing processes
- Aid in managing subcontractor communications and field coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Participate in site visits, safety inspections, and quality control efforts
- Facilitate procurement of materials, permits, and regulatory approvals
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in Multifamily construction
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license required
- English fluency required; Spanish language skills are a plus
