What You'll Do:
- Edit long-form podcast episodes for flow, clarity, and impact.
- Transform podcast content into engaging short video clips for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with producers to identify and craft the most compelling moments from lengthy recordings.
- Ensure all content meets the latest trends and technical standards for social networks.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Skilled at storytelling and content flow.
- Comfortable editing both audio and video content.
- Proven track record of creating shareable social media clips.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of what works on social and a growth mindset.
