Belle Brands is looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Creative Operations Project Manager to join our small-but-mighty team. Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you’ll own the systems, timelines, and workflows that keep our creative work moving forward—from brand campaigns and packaging launches to content and cross-functional collaborations.
This is a high-visibility role that works across the entire company—partnering closely with all department leads and playing a key part in company-wide launches and initiatives. You’ll manage timelines, assist in accurate briefs, and processes— you’re the operational heartbeat of our creative team while ensuring the big picture never gets lost.
Belle Brands is building bold, beloved community centric consumer brands—with a creative team that punches above its weight. If you're excited to wear many hats, love building order from ambiguity, and have a talent forkeeping projects, and people, on track without missing a beat, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
- Project & Timeline Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from scoping to delivery: campaigns, launches, packaging, brand moments, and more. Manage day-to-day task tracking, and coordinate feedback/review cycles. Maintain visibility across all active projects and proactively flag blockers and resource gaps.
- Creative Operations Lead: Own timelines, tools, and workflows, ensuring clarity across priorities and visibility across teams.
- Establish and maintain creative operations systems—from intake and resourcing to versioning and reviews.
- Support the Creative Director in prioritization, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Growth, Packaging, and Legal to align on deliverables and milestones.
- Estimate and manage creative budgets, from photoshoot costs to production vendors and freelance scopes.
- Keep a pulse on everything happening across the company and how it impacts creative work.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years in creative project management, operations, or production
- Prior manager-level experience, with ownership over project execution and cross-functional alignment
- Experience in CPG, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or agency environments
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Airtable, Trello, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Planner or Monday.com
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets—confident building trackers, managing data, and organizing timelines and budget reporting
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and driving clarity in a lean team setting
- Familiarity with design production workflows (e.g. prepping final files, trafficking assets)
- Experience working closely with a Creative Director or leading creative teams
- Background in packaging timelines, or cross-channel brand launches
- Basic fluency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
