Backed by top-tier investors, they’ve built a proprietary agent architecture designed to solve the fundamental trust problem in AI.
They’re now looking for a Data Scientist to join their Research team and help define the statistical backbone of their Trust Framework. This is a rare opportunity to apply advanced statistical thinking and rigorous experimental design to one of the most important challenges in applied AI.
🔍 What you’ll do:
• Design statistical validation frameworks for agent performance
• Build confidence metrics, attribution models, and projection systems
• Quantify reliability and interpretability across high-volume deployments
• Partner with researchers and engineers to bring models into production
• Contribute to the development of industry standards for AI trust and safety
🎓 What they’re looking for:
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field
• Strong foundation in experimental design, variance analysis, and statistical modeling
• Experience applying quantitative methods to evaluate complex systems
• Proficiency in Python and data science tools
• Bonus: publications in scientific/technical venues
