Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for our New York locations.
Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our Staff and Field population, with a strong focus on healthcare roles. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, polished, and confident in working with all levels of staff
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Draft and extend job offers
- Maintain accurate records and metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Represent Premier at job fairs, career events, and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies
