Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join its team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, will have limited weekly hours in the 5-10 range. You will oversee branding initiatives from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure projects meet objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as designers, marketers, and strategists to maintain progress on deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Monitor project scope and budgets, making necessary adjustments to align with goals and constraints.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges.
• Review branding materials and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client specifications.
• Facilitate team meetings to promote clear communication and collaboration across departments.
• Document project progress, decisions, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Analyze completed projects to identify areas for improvement and share insights with stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools like Asana to streamline workflows and track progress effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within a branding, creative, or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills to manage client relationships and team collaboration effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with budget management and cost control processes.
• Familiarity with branding principles and marketing strategies.
• Certification in Project Management or Scrum is a plus but not mandatory.
