Job Title: Regional Director of Operations (RDO) – Mid-America
Location: Mid-American Region (Denver, CO Preferred – Travel Required: 5–10 days/month)
Compensation: $150,000 – $165,000

Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) – Mid-America is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing operational performance across multiple manufacturing and production facilities within the Mid-American region. This role focuses on aligning regional operations with business goals, optimizing plant performance, building exceptional leadership teams, and driving efficiency and accountability at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Mid-American facilities (with Denver as preferred hub), ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, engaged leadership teams; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and ownership
- Align production with sales forecasts and demand planning, proactively adjusting operations to meet evolving needs
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including labor utilization, output, cost control, and yield
- Develop and manage regional budgets; authorize capital expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to roll out strategic initiatives and regional goals
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety standards, company policies, and state-specific cannabis regulations
- Support continuous improvement efforts through SOP enhancements, employee development, and operational standardization
- Travel regularly (5–10 days/month) to visit and support site teams across the region
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations, preferably in manufacturing, CPG, or cannabis
- Demonstrated success scaling operations and leading through periods of rapid growth or change
- Highly analytical, with experience managing budgets, production planning, and KPI dashboards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to build strong teams and lead with clarity and purpose
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/production management platforms
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize, act with urgency, and solve problems under pressure
- Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain all necessary state and local permits/licenses
