We are looking for a Manager, Project Management, who will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team to ensure optimal operational efficiency by delivering new client program implementations. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to do some work from home, as well as on-site work at our St. Louis headquarters.

Responsibilities

Develop and track project plans for program implementations, expansions, and integrations in accordance with program and contract requirements
Track interdepartmental tasks and milestones during the program implementation, expansion, and integration processes and keep task owners accountable.
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Become subject matter expert on program execution and progress
Assist in the internal and external reporting on the project and project milestones
Lead organizational process improvement efforts as needed

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a formal project management role
Great communication, organization, presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills
Organized and detail-oriented - a lover of process
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
Go-getters who thrive in creating structure out of ambiguity
Superb communication skills, excellent presentation, speaking, and writing skills
