Blue Fox is partnering with a leading General Contractor delivering high-profile data center and mission-critical projects across North America. They’re growing fast—and they need a sharp, proactive HR Manager to help shape a high-performance culture from the inside out.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR operations across project and regional teams
- Partner with senior leadership to drive culture, compliance & performance
- Manage talent onboarding, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
- Support rapid hiring and retention strategies across technical roles
- Ensure all HR practices are legally sound and aligned with business goals
You Bring:
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
- A strong grasp of U.S. labor laws and HR best practice
- Proven experience supporting field-based teams and project delivery staff
- The confidence to influence at every level—and the EQ to make it stick
- A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
