About the Position
Our Creative Content strategy is to create and source compelling, brand-elevating content and communications programs with a high return-on-investment that inspires customers to shop with Lilly Pulitzer and enhances their perception of the brand. As part of the broader content team, the Creative Content Design team works to create & design visually compelling creative campaigns that engage our customer, communicate product and elevate the brand.
The Creative Content Design Intern will support the team in executing aspirational collateral that supports overall company goals. All work will be done in alignment with the Creative Content Strategy.
This role will support all areas of Creative Content Design and work closely with the other designers and the content team to create on-brand marketing collateral. The primary responsibility of the Creative Content Design Intern is to support the Creative Content Senior Designer. They are responsible for creating elevated design across all platforms that aligns with our brand framework, as well as, delights and persuades the consumer.
Areas of Support Include:
- Digital Commerce: Onsite + iOS App
- Digital Advertising
- Store Support: Signage + Visuals, Event Collateral
- Social Media
- Email Design
- Influencer Marketing
- Internal Communications
Qualifications for the Position
- A strong ability to develop and carry-out appropriate and effective design concepts
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience in animation, video, photography, and typography are a plus
- Communications is a fast-paced, versatile field that requires some specific skills:
- Elevated + aspirational design skills
- Strong collaboration skills – able to communicate ideas effectively
- Insight and adaptability for the ever-changing channels of consumer communication, especially the power of online marketing and digital experiences
- Creative vision as well as fine attention to detail in project management
- Ability to maintain a strict calendar of deadlines and ensure others do the same
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills

A Little More to Know…
- This position is classified as temporary, full-time; it is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.
- This position is required to maintain a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your Home Office will be determined by your supervisor.
- Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods.
- This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
