We’re looking for a
dedicated Inventory Clerk to support our
Production Department and help us maintain exceptional standards in material handling, inventory control, and ERP system management. This is a vital role in ensuring we deliver quality goods and services that meet our customers' expectations — on time and with precision.
What You’ll Do
As our Inventory Clerk, you’ll take ownership of inventory-related processes that support production goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and organizing materials from inspection and external suppliers
- Preparing materials for work orders and maintaining inventory controls
- Performing accurate ERP transactions for all materials movements
- Maintaining a clean, organized stockroom and shipping/receiving area
- Executing cycle counts and participating in physical inventories
- Supporting warehouse location management and process improvements
- Collaborating across departments and stepping in where needed
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing logistics or warehouse role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using ERP systems for transactions and inventory control
- Familiarity with BOMs and inventory reconciliation is a plus
- A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A dependable work ethic and commitment to accuracy and efficiency
Education & Background
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience with cycle counting, stockroom operations, and materials handling preferred
