Location: 2550 Pacific Ave, Dallas, TX 75226 (Co-working space is called “Spaces”)
Schedule/Hours: M-F 8 AM-5 PM
The Data Entry position is responsible for inputting basic data into systems, databases or spreadsheets.
What does a day in the life of a Data Entry look like?
- Enter basic data into the systems, databases or spreadsheets
- Use software tools such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
What are the required qualifications for a Data Entry?
- Previous data entry experience or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Knowledge of specialized tools for data entry is preferred
- Medical background - preference
