StaffBright is looking to hire a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between engineering managers, cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring that project timelines, documentation, and resource coordination align seamlessly with operational goals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure and technology projects while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and brings strong communication and problem-solving skills to every stage of the project lifecycle.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate End-to-End Project Execution: Manage all phases of engineering projects from planning to implementation—developing scopes, identifying stakeholders, and driving project schedules to meet defined objectives.
- Drive Team Collaboration and Communication: Ensure alignment and smooth coordination among cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers; facilitate timely communication and support resource availability across all project phases.
- Track Progress and Manage Risk: Create and maintain project plans with milestones, oversee scope and schedule changes, perform risk assessments, and escalate issues or delays as needed.
- Monitor Performance and Report Outcomes: Measure project KPIs using established tools and systems; maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver clear, regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance Standards: Provide on-site implementation support when necessary, uphold engineering standards and regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination—experience may come from an engineering background, but must include direct involvement in supporting project execution (not solely project management).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and track multiple moving parts.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering results and anticipating project needs.
- Familiarity with project management tools and documentation best practices is a plus.
The Perks:
- Comprehensive benefits coverage, including Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD)
- 401(k) with company match to support your long-term financial goals
- 8 paid holidays annually for work-life balance
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and take care of what matters most
