JOB TITLE: Availability Specialist
REPORTS TO: Availability Manager
JOB PURPOSE: The Availability Specialist ensures products or resources are readily accessible when and where they are needed. This role involves managing inventory, forecasting demand, and coordinating logistics to optimize availability and minimize disruptions.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for the availability of part of the main customers for Us replacement market, including the main interface with them
- Responsible for the replenishment of Us warehouses to ensure an adequate service level
- Responsible on the stock level on Us warehouses and quality of the stock
- Responsible of the reporting for Us local logistics Meet the Management Plan $ sales, unit sales and profit objectives
- Manage the stock balancing between the warehouses.
- Meet KPI’s on inventory levels and customer fill rates
- Manage relationships and information availability with sales and customers
- Supply the data about the stock, in transit, back-order recovery plan, production for the financial forecasts
QUALIFICATIONS
- :Bachelor’s Degree required in: Logistics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Managemen
- tProficiency in SAP preferre
- dAdvanced Excel skill
- sExcellent attention to detai
- lStrong oral and written communication skill
- sHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion is require
