Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will support Target Store Special Projects from the Minneapolis HQ. Your role will involve coordinating remote hardware deployment activities across various stores, ensuring all administrative and logistical tasks are handled efficiently. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, you will document and manage project stages using Smartsheet, facilitating on-time and within-scope delivery of hardware infrastructure projects.
Day in the Life
- Provide administrative project support for hardware deployments.
- Coordinate shipping, logistics, and vendor oversight.
- Create and update project trackers in Smartsheet.
- Monitor Slack channels for real-time communication needs.
- Facilitate meetings and document action items.
Your Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet, Slack, and Excel.
- Organizational skills to manage diverse tasks.
- Self-starter able to work independently.
- Exposure to network equipment, cabling, or retail tech.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
