We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Data Entry Clerk** to support our operations team. This position is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data with accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update property information into our internal database
- Maintain and verify accurate records of client and transaction data
- Perform regular data quality checks and corrections as needed
- Assist with generating reports and data summaries
- Collaborate with the administrative and operations teams to ensure data integrity
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong keyboarding and typing accuracy (minimum 50 wpm)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
