Position Summary: The Account Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships, plays a critical support role, helping bring partnerships to life through thoughtful execution and consistent communication. This position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, planning, and execution of partnership activations, ensuring all contractual elements are fulfilled. The Account Coordinator helps ensure seamless experiences for both partners and internal stakeholders.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, team-first attitude. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven, who understands brand marketing, relationship management, and the importance of building meaningful partnerships.

Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Leads the daily execution of bringing the partnership to life for an assigned portfolio of corporate partners, working cross-functionally with urgency to coordinate and fulfill assets while ensuring exceptional service
- Maintains day-to-day communication with partner contacts to understand partner goals, as well as cross-departmental communication/requests
- Collaborates with the Sales Director, Business Solutions, and Leadership team to provide all necessary support in the upselling and renewal of the partner portfolio
- Partner with the business analytics team to evaluate and analyze best-performing social and digital content and assist in developing analytics-driven partner campaign recaps
- Create a holistic mid-season and end-of-season partnership recap presentation that illustrates how the partnership is effectively reaching objectives and KPIs, as well as tracking deliverables
- Support departments across the organization and support teammates to contribute to a team-first culture
Education (required/ preferred): Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous experience: A minimum of one to two (1-2) years work experience in a sports sponsorship environment including marketing, promotions, sponsor servicing, and special events
Technology Capabilities: Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with analytics software (YouGov, Nielsen, GWI) and social media analytics software (Relo, CrowdTable), and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technological enhancements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills; must be client-ready and able to professionally interact with all levels of the organization and partner/agency contacts
- Demonstrated capacity to multi-task, be well organized, possess a strong attention to detail, and project management skills while delivering high-quality results and a high level or professionalism
- Motivated individual who is a self-starter and can organize short- and long-term projects
- Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented department
- Be able to understand high-level insights and deliver campaign strategy
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift a min of 25lbs. and walk significant distances in arena on game days
Location: El Segundo (offices M-F), downtown Los Angeles (Crypto.com Arena for Lakers home games), and other off-site sponsor events
Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 5% of the time within Southern California and potentially out of state 2-3x per year
Hours: Regular office hours (9am- 5:30pm M-F), plus overtime is mandatory; must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
The pay range for this role is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and certifications. In addition to those factors, we consider the relative pay of our current employees in similar positions when making a final offer.
