Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, facilitating the smooth operation of the office and ensuring efficient use of the executives' time. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and management of contracts and agreements related to projects.
- Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Support project management efforts as needed, particularly in construction-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with construction industry practices and administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
