Job Summary – AI Developer (Deerfield IL)

Collaborate with technical and business teams to develop Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for use cases like text extraction, speech-to-text, chat assistants (knowledge base and transactional data), and workflow automation using AI agents.
Apply expertise in GenAI frameworks, deployment architectures, and recommend best practices for solution implementation.
Evaluate solution options, develop proof of concepts (POCs), and review code and solutions from team members.
Utilize strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, especially AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock, Transcribe, Textract, Kendra, Translate, and Rekognition.
Implement and optimize AI/ML/Deep Learning solutions on AWS, including coding and integration of REST APIs.
Demonstrate understanding of prompt engineering and LLM (Large Language Model) evaluation, including assessing outputs for hallucination, toxicity, bias, and factual correctness.
Implement application patterns such as context caching and memory management for high-performing AI applications.
Preferred proficiency in Python and NodeJS programming languages.
Understanding of full-stack architecture is a strong plus.
Engage in continuous code review, solution improvement, and best practice sharing within the team.
