Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Pay: $29.34 - $32.54 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data into various systems and platforms
- Ensure data integrity and completeness by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Scan and upload documents into the system
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of data
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Provide accurate and timely reports to management as needed
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues
- Keep all sensitive and confidential information secure at all times
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data management and analysis is a plus
