Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Pay: $29.34 - $32.54 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate data into various systems and platforms
Ensure data integrity and completeness by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data as needed
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
Scan and upload documents into the system
Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of data
Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Provide accurate and timely reports to management as needed
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues
Keep all sensitive and confidential information secure at all times
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Knowledge of data management and analysis is a plus
