Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding computer skills and proficiency in software applications, ensuring the smooth operation of our executive offices. You will play a vital role in coordinating meetings, managing documents, and facilitating effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.
- Coordinate and assist in planning meetings, including agenda preparation and logistical support.
- Manage internal and external event coordination from planning to execution, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, assessing issues, and advising leaders on important matters.
- Ensure accurate and efficient document management, including word processing, creating spreadsheets, and editing written material for clarity and readability.
Must-have Skills
- Life Sciences Domain
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience with handling executive administration for sales leaders and commercial leaders.
- Proven experience with handling sensitive customer-related communications. Proven experience managing multiple calendars.
- Proven experience managing internal and external customer requests.
Domain/Industry Experience Required
- Experience in supporting senior-level executives within a corporate setting is essential.
- This is a temporary position for 3 months with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
