Analytica is seeking a Business Intelligence / Analytics Developer to support one or more dynamic, long-term federal government enterprise data programs for the Defense Health Agency.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Military Health System (MHS) by analyzing complex datasets, developing reports, and enabling data-driven decision-making to improve healthcare quality, readiness, and operational efficiency
- Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards that drive decision-making across the Military Health System (MHS). As a Data Visualization Developer, you will transform complex datasets into intuitive, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, or Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into visualization solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all visualizations
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows to support real-time reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and visualization issues.
- Provide training and documentation to stakeholders on dashboard usage and interpretation.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R; ability to present complex data in a user-friendly format
- Must possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance
Preferred:- Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources; experience in healthcare analytics
