We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator to support our project management team in ensuring the timely and successful completion of various client initiatives. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, including taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Support the Project Manager and team members in daily administrative tasks
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
