Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations and drive performance across all locations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and achieving financial goals. The Director of Operations will lead regional managers, develop and implement operational strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Lead and develop regional and general managers to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and drive strategies to improve profitability.
- Support new store openings, staff training, and operational rollouts.
- Drive customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, including multi-unit management.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly to oversee restaurant operations.
