We're hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Nashville office. This role is an integral part of our team, supporting the Project Executives in the day-to-day execution of signage projects — helping keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do- Support Project Executives/Designers with project execution from estimating through installation
- Manage project schedules, coordinate delivery timelines, and communicate with vendors and subcontract installers
- Assist with creating and submitting shop drawings, submittals, and closeout documents
- Help prepare invoicing, progress billing, and retainage tracking
- Enter and maintain project data in our ERP system (Cyrious Control)
- Communicate with vendors and outsourcing partners to track material and install timelines
- Coordinate internal resources to keep fabrication and install teams aligned with deadlines
What We’re Looking For- 1–3+ years of experience in construction, signage, or architectural project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Experience working with vendors, installers, and outsourced partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Cyrious preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills — especially in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site at our Nashville office full-time
