We're hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Nashville office. This role is an integral part of our team, supporting the Project Executives in the day-to-day execution of signage projects — helping keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Support Project Executives/Designers with project execution from estimating through installation
Manage project schedules, coordinate delivery timelines, and communicate with vendors and subcontract installers
Assist with creating and submitting shop drawings, submittals, and closeout documents
Help prepare invoicing, progress billing, and retainage tracking
Enter and maintain project data in our ERP system (Cyrious Control)
Communicate with vendors and outsourcing partners to track material and install timelines
Coordinate internal resources to keep fabrication and install teams aligned with deadlines

What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years of experience in construction, signage, or architectural project coordination
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
Experience working with vendors, installers, and outsourced partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Cyrious preferred)
Strong communication and follow-up skills — especially in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
Must be able to work on-site at our Nashville office full-time
