Current Need
KYZEN is seeking an experienced Manufacturing and Distribution Analyst with expertise in Sage ERP X3 to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing manufacturing and distribution operations by leveraging the Sage X3 platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes and have hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Sage X3 modules.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Sage X3 Manufacturing and Distribution modules.
· Analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and configure Sage X3 to meet manufacturing and distribution needs.
· Support and optimize key operations including production planning, shop floor control, inventory management, purchasing, order management, and logistics.
· Develop, document, and maintain workflows, procedures, and best practices within Sage X3.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, IT) to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
· Lead or assist in project management activities for ERP initiatives (requirements gathering, testing, deployment).
· Generate and maintain reporting and dashboard capabilities using Sage X3 reporting tools or integrated BI tools.
· Stay current with Sage X3 developments and recommend enhancements that drive business value.
Qualifications
§ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sage ERP X3, specifically in Manufacturing and Distribution modules.
§ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete and/or process manufacturing), inventory management, supply chain, and distribution workflows.
§ Experience configuring and supporting Sage X3: product structures, work orders, MRP, BOMs, routings, inventory controls, sales orders, purchasing, and shipping.
§ Solid understanding of ERP data structures, process flows, and system integration points.
§ Experience with Sage X3 Version 12 preferred.
§ Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics industries.
§ Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, or Sage X3 reporting tools.
§ Familiarity with EDI, WMS, and integration to third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
§ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
§ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize job demands in a fast-paced work environment
§ Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
