Job Overview

Kats Botanicals is a leading Kratom company dedicated to providing premium quality products to our customers. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 4 years of related experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Visual Design:

Develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media.

Create engaging designs for product packaging, marketing materials, and online content.

Experience with Motion Design & Video is highly preferred.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in branding across all design elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Creativity:

Bring innovative and creative design solutions to the table.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Provide regular updates on project progress and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and contribute to their evolution.
Knowledge of the Kratom industry is a plus.
