Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional to support our Talent Acquisition, Development, and Management efforts. This role will assist in recruiting initiatives, onboarding, training coordination, and performance management, working closely with global and local teams to deliver seamless talent programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Coordinate recruiting events, summer associate programs, and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding, candidate outreach, and global hiring initiatives
Talent Development:
- Organize training sessions, local committee meetings, and firm-wide programs
- Support performance management processes, reporting, and coaching initiatives
Talent Management:
- Oversee new hire onboarding, orientation, and integration
- Prepare data reports and suggest improvements
- Attend evening/weekend events as needed; occasional travel required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in HR, legal recruiting, or career services (professional services or legal setting preferred)
- Strong written communication and advanced proficiency in MS Office
