Executive Assistant – Washington, DC (Hybrid)

A top Am Law 100 firm is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support attorneys and senior leadership in our Washington, DC office. We’re looking for a reliable, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to providing high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative assistance to the Executive Leadership team
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling logistics for internal and external events
Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Organize and maintain confidential files and meeting records
Conduct research and compile data as needed
Serve as liaison between executives, staff, clients, and vendors
Process expense reimbursements and manage email and phone communications
Support firm initiatives, special projects, and occasional personal errands

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience supporting senior executives in a professional services or law firm setting
Exceptional organizational, writing, proofreading, and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Visio and InterAction experience a plus
