Position Overview
Dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with established methodologies and best practices.
Essential Job Function
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets that meet TMX-PIO stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, setting goals, objectives, and priorities to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing effective contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.
- Monitor and report project progress to TMX-PIO stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates on project status, issues, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental management.
- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to TMX-PIO stakeholders clearly and concisely, providing recommendations for corrective action as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and store project documentation, including project plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant records, in accordance with TMX-PIO's document management policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
