Position Summary
Our high-growth, consumer-focused brand client is seeking an Order Fulfillment Manager to lead all retail partners' order processing and fulfillment lifecycle. This role ensures seamless execution across the order-to-cash process—from purchase order validation to delivery—working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This position is instrumental in maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), supporting retail readiness, and driving omnichannel reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the order-to-cash process: from customer purchase order receipt to fulfillment tracking and issue resolution.
- Validate incoming purchase orders for accuracy in pricing, terms, and SKUs; coordinate with internal teams to correct discrepancies.
- Monitor and ensure fulfillment timelines, inventory allocations, and shipment accuracy in collaboration with the 3PL.
- Serve as the primary liaison across Sales, Marketing, and Finance for all sales order updates and escalations.
- Drive sales fulfillment in alignment with commercial goals, including new product launches, replenishment, and promotional programs.
- Manage inventory levels across retail partners to minimize returns (RTVs) and maintain healthy on-hand supply.
- Track, dispute, and reconcile chargebacks with Finance; ensure accurate and timely credit resolution.
- Ensure full EDI compliance in partnership with the 3PL and SPS Commerce to prevent service disruptions.
- Oversee new retailer onboarding and SKU setup; maintain an accurate and up-to-date SKU catalog and global price list.
- Interpret and enforce customer routing guides and sales agreements to ensure operational compliance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly retail reporting including sell-in, sell-through, inventory positions, and RTV forecasts.
- Support month-end close through sales order reconciliation and invoicing accuracy.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects related to fulfillment, sales reporting, and operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience in CPG, beauty, wellness, or related consumer categories preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Netsuite experience required; SPS Commerce experience preferred.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or fulfillment roles.
