Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Responsible for the consistent delivery of Administration services at the National HQs and Local offices. Establishes and maintains processes, procedures, standards and guidelines relating to facilities management, space planning, tenant improvements, business continuity planning, emergency response, disaster preparedness, staff & member travel programs, mail services, reception, records retention, security, and LA Administration staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilities management, tenant improvement and space planning for all office locations.
- Responsible for business continuity, emergency response, and disaster preparedness nationally.
- Manage both member and staff travel programs nationally.
- Develop and administer policies and procedures for the LA Administration team that are efficient, courteous, and provide effective responses to all incoming requests for various LA Administration services, including areas such as mail services, reception, security, day porters, leasehold requests, parking, and purchasing.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of all new hires within the LA Administration department.
- Responsible for the leadership, management, and development of LA Administration staff which includes training, coaching, addressing staff conduct, and performance evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Minimum Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of Office/Facilities Management experience, or equivalent with significant supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of online travel, disaster recovery programs, emergency response procedures, purchasing processes and OSHA standards.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience working in a national organization with national responsibilities preferred.
- Possesses knowledge of construction (or build out) contractors, bidding processes, real estate leases, design software (CAD).
