Director of Operations

We’re seeking a solution-oriented, experienced operations leader to build and oversee the operational backbone of the brand—spanning DTC e-commerce, retail, and logistics. This role touches every part of the business, from inventory and fulfillment to customer experience and systems. It’s ideal for someone with hands-on fashion operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited to scale a luxury brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations including warehousing, shipping, returns, inventory management, and customer service
Manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce platform and integrations
Partner on NetSuite implementation, maintenance, and cross-functional use
Manage retail store operations and facilities (existing and future locations)
Lead cross-functional operational projects with precision and follow-through
Build scalable systems and processes to support growth
Partner on budgets, expenses, and operational forecasting
Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and finance.

Qualifications:

7+ years experience in fashion operations, with direct experience in DTC e-commerce and retail
Deep familiarity with Shopify, warehouse operations, shipping workflows, and return logistics
Strong systems thinker — ideally with experience in NetSuite or other ERP systems
Highly organized, execution-focused, and solution-driven
Comfortable working in a lean team environment and rolling up sleeves as needed
Experienced people manager with a collaborative and clear communication style
