Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and upload A+ content to Amazon platforms according to their guidelines and specifications, while ensuring it stays within the brand’s aesthetic.
- Design, create, and upload brand store pages on Amazon, ensuring designs align with the brand’s aesthetic, properly tagging words and pages, ensuring pages get approved, and troubleshooting and fixing any backend issues if necessary.
- Distribute and update all ASINs with their respective A+ content.
- Resize, recolor, and retouch e-commerce images per Amazon’s guidelines and policies.
- Act as the point of contact between The Levy Group’s Amazon team and Zeelum to schedule photoshoots, cast models, predict overall cost estimates, order and track samples to and from the NYC studio, coordinate drop-offs and pickups, attend photoshoots, create shot lists, and handle post-production (image selection, retouching, resizing, and recoloring if necessary).
- Help add styles from different brands to single shoots to maximize the daily studio rate.
- Create influencer marketing budgets, get them approved, and ensure all campaigns stay within budget.
- Update the Stella Parker Instagram and work with the team to plan content.
- Be on set when needed to film and edit content.
- Update the company official website when needed
- Serve as the point of contact with Pixion, our retouching agency, to coordinate post-production retouching needs and timelines.
- Assist teams in casting models by coordinating with modeling agencies.
- Confirm model rates and agency fees for internal teams.
- Answer all questions regarding photoshoot issues, rates, quotes, and invoices.
- Track all photoshoot invoices in the budget tracker to ensure shoots stay within budget.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure discounts on services such as photoshoots, retouching, etc.
- Get invoices approved by each division head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management preferred.
- Fluent in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.
- Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
