Key Responsibilities:
1、you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fast-food locations within a designated NYC area, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
2、Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, labor costs, food waste) across 5-10 locations, implementing corrective actions.
3、Conduct weekly store audits to ensure compliance with brand SOPs (food safety, cleanliness, service speed).
4、Train and mentor Store Managers on operations, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
5、Resolve escalated customer complaints and maintain local reputation through community events.
6、Collaborate with HQ Marketing to execute localized promotions (e.g., school partnerships)
7、Optimize supply chain coordination with vendors for timely deliveries (e.g., buns, condiments).
Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred;
2、Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required.
3、5+ years of fast-food/QSR management experience with 2+ years overseeing 10+ locations;
4、If you have experience working in the same position as top chain fast food companies such asMcDonald's、KFC、Chipotle、Popeyes, Burger king, you will be given priority
5、Proven track record in driving district performance
6、Familiar with NYC DOH inspections and labor compliance.
