You will drive the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will oversee a diverse program portfolio, deliver executive-level insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs/KRIs), and ensure seamless coordination across teams. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and fosters collaboration through an all-win mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute program roadmaps aligned with leadership vision.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies using RAID logs.
- Provide executive-level updates and drive resolution of escalated issues.
- Build dashboards to monitor KPIs, program health, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead budget forecasting, contract renewals, and resource planning.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and facilitate team engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in technical project/program management (Agile/SDLC familiarity preferred).
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Financial acumen and familiarity with process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma).

- Identify and streamline inefficient processes within the department.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with budget planning and tracking.
- Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Communication and Information Flow:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across the organization.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across departments.
- Prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and ensure action items are followed up on.
- Represent the executive in meetings and discussions when necessary.
- Provide insights and recommendations on behalf of the executive.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the executive.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress and identify trends.
- Provide research and analysis to support the executive’s decision-making process.
